SLEEP WINDOW
More than a score.
MOVEMENT
Recorded activity.
A snapshot of your Oura export—not a live connection. Measurements are estimates, not diagnoses. Baselines use available readings from the prior 28 calendar days, excluding the selected day; at least 10 readings are required.
THE LONG VIEW
Your year, mapped.
Change the signal. Zoom into a month. Tap a day to open it.
A dot marks an exported workout. Missing readings are not zero; no recorded workout doesn’t establish that no exercise occurred.

Sparse months can be misleading. Longest sleep is one session, not necessarily all sleep in a day.
YOUR PERSONAL RESEARCH

THE DISCOVERY LAB
Ask your own question.
Choose two signals and see how they paired across your recorded days.
A descriptive median split, not an experiment. Pairs need both values and, for next-day comparisons, consecutive export dates. Scores may share inputs with the selected signal; work schedule and missing data can distort associations. Do not infer cause.
THE 2025 SHIFT LENS
Two jobs. A different rhythm.
Jason reported an 11 p.m.–7 a.m. hospital schedule alongside an 8 a.m.–5 p.m. remote job, beginning around June and ending around September or October 2025.
| Calendar period | Readiness | Longest sleep | Sleep HRV | Lowest sleep HR | Steps |

Exact start, end and workdays are unknown. October cannot be assumed to be after the job. Counts vary by measure. Calendar changes may have other explanations.

THE FINE PRINT
Curious, not conclusive.
Oura’s estimates are not clinical measurements. Wearables generally classify sleep versus wake more reliably than sleep stages. A single day can’t establish a diagnosis, and patterns in one person do not prove cause.
